Note: Products on sale/ promotions will not be eligible for a refund request.
In case, you need a refund for your order, kindly send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return request approved.
In the subject of the email please mention
" Return Request for order < insert your order number here >"
Please mention the reason for the return request in the email.
Please Note :
- Once a return and refund request is processed for a customer, the system will not allow us to dispatch any new orders by the same customer even if the order is prepaid. If we receive a prepaid order, refund will automatically be processed into the original payment method of the customer and the order will stand cancelled.
Ewa Young will accept Return of an item only if the following conditions are met:
1) Returns will only be eligible for Manufacturing Defects.
2) Return should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the original order by sending us an email on email@example.com with your order number and details of return.
3) The product should be dispatched to our warehouse within 72 hours of approval of your return request.
4) Only after receiving it, we will inspect and initiate the refund process (if all policy conditions are met)
5) The tags on the product should be intact.
6) The product should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition.
7) If an exchange request has been processed for an original order, no return requests can be processed for the original order.
8) Refund for your order will be transferred into your bank account on the following Friday after the package has been received at our warehouse and all the return policy conditions are met.
Ewa Young reserves the right to reject any return request if any of the above conditions are not met.
We do not provide reverse pick ups.
